By reading Space Pops™ comic strips, you agree to these Terms, and all future modifications, revisions, deletions or changes we may make. These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Space Pops™ is a comic strip created by Elizabeth Thorne, registered with the United States Copyright Office, and owned/operated by Space Pops LLC™. SpacePops.com is a Website that displays Space Pops™ comic strips (the “Service”) created by Elizabeth Thorne, the creator of Space Pops™, that provides users with access to original content (the “Materials”) including but not limited to comic strips, drawings, photographs, animations, and videos. You agree that the Service is provided “as-is”, and the creator assumes no responsibility for any losses you incur as a result of failure to make available any of the Services contemplated by these Terms, whether now in Service or a future feature, Service or property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Pops LLC™ and Elizabeth Thorne disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. 

By viewing Space Pops™ Materials on this website, or anywhere else, you agree to not modify, frame, reproduce, archive, sell, lease, rent, exchange, encumber, hypothecate, create derivative works from, publish by hard copy or electronic means, publicly perform, display, disseminate, distribute, broadcast, retransmit, circulate to any third party or on any third-party website, or otherwise use the Materials in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the creator’s prior written consent, except as may be a result of standard search engine or internet browser usage. Any unauthorized use of Space Pops™ Materials may result in legal action against you.

Please note, we do not give permission for Space Pops™ Materials to be used by Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) programs to create new images.

Permitted Sharing and Blogging

If you want to write a post or article about Space Pops™ on your social media, blog or website, go ahead, and feel free to tag us or let us know! If you want to use Space Pops™ Materials for illustrative purposes within your post or article about Space Pops™, please limit yourself to up to 3 panels or images and link back to SpacePops.com. You can also share, reblog, repost etc. from the official @SpacePops social media accounts (X, Facebook, InstagramPinterest, and Tumblr).

Prohibited Uses and Licensing Inquiries

Other than the blogging and sharing exceptions described in the paragraph above, any republishing, or reposting of Space Pops™ comic strips and related or derivative artwork (via hard copy or electronically) is prohibited without first obtaining prior written consent from Space Pops LLC™, the copyright owner. If you want to use Space Pops™ Materials and are unsure if it is permitted, just ask. Also please respect the paywalled content shared in the Space Pops™ Fan Club on Substack by not sharing them in public.

If you want to use Space Pops™ cartoon(s) as an illustration for your book, article, or any other published medium that is not about Space Pops™; if you are interested in merchandising and/or licensing Space Pops™ related products; or if you want to feature Space Pops™ Materials on your website or publication on a regular basis, please contact us.
